I’ve tried multiple times to contact the company by phone and email about this order, but have not received any response. I specifically opted to have someone review the order and send a proof (which was supposed to be free of charge), but that was never provided. My order arrived quickly, but unfortunately with an error. Now I’m left with an incorrect sign and no way to reach anyone about a redo or refund. Very frustrating experience.
