Received Damaged Sign - Was Offered Free Replacement
This is my second review for this company. After receiving my first sign in damaged condition, I wrote a two-star review to indicate dissatisfaction with the condition in which the sign arrived. Within a few days or so, I was contacted with a request for images of the damage, after which I received a replacement sign within another few days. This time the packaging appeared to be undamaged, and the sign appeared to be in excellent condition. There are a few minor cosmetic scratches on the back, which I assume must have happened during production. It won't affect the function or readability of the sign. All I care about is that the sign is flat and legible, and the front is undamaged. I'm a happy customer now and will consider ordering from this company again in the future.

The two-star rating is only given because the product came out right. It would have been a full five stars if it had been shipped to me in any kind of protective packaging whatsoever. Instead, it was mailed in a brown paper envelope with zero padding, zero protection against mistakes or accidents during handling. It looks like they literally ran over it with a steamroller. There even appear to be tool marks which resemble vise jaws, which dig deeply into the base material of the sign. The whole thing is curled as if somebody ran it through a metal brake. I doubt I could have done this much damage to it if I tried. Included are photos of the damage.
I love the sign. I don't love the shipping process. You might consider another carrier.
