The sign looks great. The customer service interaction was horrible and the mounting options are even worse. Heavy duty bracket was shipped without the sign and getting assistance with correcting the issue was frustrating. I tried several times to get a callback from management. Still waiting. The mounting options are for industrial and business applications. The heavy duty bracket is too heavy and only holds the sign with tension screws. I wanted to sign to attach to my wooden mailbox post and look stylish. The sign looks great good but has arbitrarily holes that do not coincide with your own mounting brackets. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PURCHASE.
