1910.178(a):
(3) Approved trucks shall bear a label or some other identifying mark indicating approval by the testing laboratory… (5) If the truck is equipped with front-end attachments other than factory installed attachments, the user shall request that the truck be marked to identify the attachments and show the approximate weight of the truck and attachment combination at maximum elevation with load laterally centered.

32 mil thick, heavy-duty rubber floor sign made of high quality polymeric and embedded glass beads for a textured anti-slip surface.
Highly conformable road grade adhesive adheres to irregular surfaces like asphalt and concrete. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Easy to install and remove. Super durable adhesive can also be removed cleanly with the help of the reinforced fabric backing.
Embedded glass beads give an initial minimum skid resistance value of 35 BPN.
Clean surface of any contaminants like oils, dirt, grease, curing compounds and salts. Apply to a dry surface around 60°F and tamp tape after applying.
