Knuckleheads!

Maybe these knuckleheads will quit leaving the dump beds up on their trucks.... They'll see the sign, then think... "DUUUUH..... I better oughta check n see if my dump bed is down, so I don't tear down the power lines again... Duhhhh….. Uhh…." If this doesn't work, I'll try Hypnosis....
